As a CSS officer (IAS Exam-1974), holds an experience of 36 years of working in different capacities at the middle and senior management levels in various Ministries and Departments of Government of India apart from the field postings in Allahabad, Dehradun and Mumbai.

The major responsibilities included appointment and service conditions of Supreme Court and High Court Judges and Judicial Reforms in the country; promotion of cargo movement through inland waterways; population policy, logistics and social marketing of contraceptives and vaccines in Ministry of Health and Family Welfare; revival and restructuring of a large number of Central Public Sector Enterprises; developing Question Bank, Tests and interview techniques for middle-level recruitment in all central Government departments.

After superannuation from the Government in 2012, got specially trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process and techniques, the main thrust being on Mediation and Arbitration by Delhi Government. Settled more than 25 complex disputes in three months. Life Member of International Centre For Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Now seeking voluntary retirement from the U P Judicial Service.

Completed her BBA LLB from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in the year 2019.

She has completed Mediation Training Programme organized by PACT (Peacekeeping And Conflict Resolution Team) held from 23rd to 24th August 2017, and Para Legal Training Programme by Delhi State Legal Service Authority, from 30th to 31st August 2017.

She has interned with Mr Y. Rajagopala Rao, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India from 04.02.2019 to 09.04.2019, and from 30.06.2016 to 30.07.2016, where she gained a rich hand knowledge about the proceedings in the Supreme Court of India and National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), and the Tribunals of India. From 16.07.2018 to 10.08.2018, she interned with L & L Partners Law Offices (formerly Luthra & Luthra Law Offices), where she had an experience of Corporate law and Agreement related matters. Then from 27.06.2017 to 31.07.2017, she interned under Mr Ajay Jain, Advocate Supreme Court of India, Ex Joint Secretary (SCBA), and had a first-hand experience of Lower Court Proceedings, Negotiable Instrument Matters along with the cases in the Supreme Court of India.

She has also interned from 02.01.2016 to 08.01.2016 under Shri Rupinder Singh Suri, Senior Advocate, President Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) for 2016-17, (presently Additional Solicitors General for the Supreme Court of India), where she did extensive research work for various matters.

She also has a work experience where she assisted Mr Manoj K. Jain, Advocate, Mediator & Conciliator, 114, Sh. R. K. Jain Chambers Block, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, with regard to opinion on the validity of Adoption Deed of India in abroad, and the validity of Foreign Divorce Decree in India.

Besides law, she has done the Advance Diploma Course in Web Design, Web Development, and Internet Marketing.
